Non Profit Services
For Profit Services
We provide quality business services to assist organizations in working toward solutions that create opportunities for success in private and public service delivery. Our combined 30+ years of experience in working with FBO’s & CBO’s that serve at-risk youth and adults have successfully prepared us to administer technical services.
The following is a standard check-list that S.O.S. has developed to assess FBO/CBO’s considering applying for funding: Federal, State, City, Private Foundation, and/or un-restricted funds.
What services/programs can your organization offer to the public that are supported by your organization’s values?
Who/how many people will be your target population for your services? What supporting data can you provide?
What are the goals of the programs/services and what are the measurable outcomes?
What funding and staffing will be required to meet these goals?
Is your organization structured to receive and track funds?
Do you have the capacity to keep records and track your progress as required by the funding sources?
Do you have someone in your organization designated to regularly track funding opportunities?
Do you have skilled people and the necessary equipment to write and prepare requests for proposals (RFP’s)?
Can you collaborate with other organizations with more experience or more resources/capacities? What are your community’s strengths and capacities?
How do you keep current with best practices in providing your targeted services?
What compliance tools will be utilized to ensure that funding guidelines are executed?
Once your organization addresses the aforementioned check-list and contractual agreement has been arranged, S.O.S. is prepared to provide Technical Assistance in the following areas:

"Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them."
-Albert Einstein
Nothing average ever stood as a monument to progress. When progress is looking for a partner, it doesn't turn to those who believe they are only average. It turns instead to those who are forever searching and striving to become the best they possibly can.
If we seek the average level we cannot hope to achieve a high level of success. Our only hope is to avoid being a failure.
